Description
sparQ mRNA-Seq Kit enables efficient preparation of stranded mRNA-seq libraries for Illumina® NGS platforms. This workflow reduces hands-on time and delivers reliable mRNA-seq libraries from as little as 5 ng and up to 1 μg of total RNA. The streamlined workflow generates high quality, directional mRNA libraries that are consistent and with reduced bias.
